The project idea is about a different way to communicate Milan, following the river system of the city: thus, 10 different upheaval centrals becomes the crossing points between the city and the underworld. This reflects 10 different peculiarities of Milan, 10 particular cross-sections, but all parts of the same city, as the pipes are all parts of the water channels system.
